Violin | Romania<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Valentin \u0218erban,<\/strong>is the winner of the grand prize in the Violin final of the\n2020\/2021 George Enescu International Competition, with a performance of\nSibelius Violin Concerto in D minor Op. 47 that brought the public to a\nstanding ovation at the Romanian Athenaeum.<\/strong><\/p>

Valentin \u0218erban previously\ngraduated with bachelor\u2019s studies at the Transilvania University in Bra\u0219ov and\nattended his master\u2019s studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts in\nGraz, under the guidance of Silvia Marcovici. He has performed in Romania,\nFrance, Germany, Austria, and Italy.<\/p>

He has been a member of the Les\nDissonances Orchestra in Paris since 2018 and a guest concertmaster of the\nRomanian Youth Orchestra. He is a winner of several national and\ninternational violin competitions such as \u201dAndrea Postacchini\u201d International\nCompetition (Italy), \u201dMihai Jora\u201d National Competition (Romania), \u201d\u0218tefan\nRuha\u201d International Competition (Romania), \u201dRemember Enescu\u201d\nInternational Competition (Romania).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
